In this workshop, we'll start with a motivational talk on the importance of positive affirmation and how to incorporate it into our lives. Next, we'll create a painting featuring positive words that participants would like to tell themselves. To wrap up, we'll have a group discussion to share and reflect on our experiences during the creative process
